If you're sure that your payment was successful, but your purchased items were not credited to your game account, please submit a request to our Support Team.
Click this link or the Contact Support button at the bottom of this page and select the "Payment issue" type.
Please fill in all the fields on the form, and do not forget to attach a screenshot confirming your payment. This could be an image of the payment confirmation from your bank, PayPal, etc.
The Support Team will investigate your case and contact you to resolve the issue.
